Can I return a product if I change my mind?

However, in cases where the item is faulty, and we confirm that it wasn’t damaged due to misuse or improper configuration,Efei may offer a refund up to a maximum of $8.87 .

If our testing reveals no fault, we can arrange for the item to be re-delivered after receiving payment for the postage.

Can I return a lipo battery because I changed my mind?

Concerning lipo batteries, while returns are allowed, please refrain from using Royal Mail for shipping as they do not accept these batteries. Ensure to find an alternative shipping method. It’s crucial that the battery is in the same condition as when purchased. Any signs of use or tampered packaging will disqualify you from a refund or exchange.

Can I return a faulty lipo battery?

Faulty lipo batteries can also be returned. As always, please provide a detailed description of the fault before sending the item back.

Can I return items bought as used items from Efei?
Items purchased from our used items listing come without a warranty, unless specifically stated.

Can I return an item that has been soldered?

As for items that have been soldered, we do not refuse returns solely based on this fact. However, it’s essential that the soldering work was carried out with care and skill.
